The Farmville Downtown Partnership is a non-profit organization representing the designated historic district of Farmville. We continue to work to improve the life of residents and visitors through economic vitality and design initiatives, promotional and marketing opportunities and enhancing the culture of our downtown.
Current Projects - 109-111 N. Main Street
The Farmville Downtown Partnership aims to revitalize the properties at 109 and 111 N Main St. in the heart of downtown. FDP is seeking bidders for a General Contractor, Architect, and potential tenants.
The project goal is to create a warm-white box at 111 N Main St and a community open space that would encourage gatherings, pop-up shops, and events at 109 N Main St.
